The children may return to school in September in their summer uniform.  Winter uniform must be

worn after October half term until Easter.

All children should have a school book bag for school each day.  Please do not send any larger bags as we have limited storage space.

For PE
  • Yellow T'shirt
  • Black shorts
  • Plimsolls
  • Trainers for outdoor PE
  • Dark tracksuit for the winter
  • PE Bag

For Swimming

  • Towel
  • One piece swimsuit (bikinis are not suitable for lessons)
  • Swim shorts/trunks (not three-quarter length shorts)
  • Good quality goggles
  • Swimming hats must be worn by pupils with long hair
  • Swimming Bag

All children must change for PE.  Apart from timetabled PE lessons there may be other opportunities for sporting activities during the school week, so it is important that PE kits are kept in school all week and taken home only at weekends.

For events where the children represent the school in sporting activities a kit may be provided - please return this to school, washed, as soon as possible after the event.

No extreme hairstyles are permitted at school - a Grade 2 is the lowest acceptable, minimum gel.  Long hair must be tied back and hairbands should be in school colours and worn flat to the head.

No jewellery should be worn in school, except for pierced ears where earrings should be a small plain gold or silver stud, however these must be removed for PE and swimming in the interest of safety.  We request that ear piercing take place at the start of the summer holidays to prevent loss of PE lessons.  The children must not wear nail varnish or make-up in school.

ALL CLOTHING MUST BE NAMED SO THAT LOST ITEMS CAN BE EASILY RETURNED.  A LOST PROPERTY BOX IS SITUATED IN THE OFFICE - ANY ITEMS LEFT IN LOST PROPERTY AT THE END OF EACH TERM WILL BE DISPOSED OF.
