Supporting Mental Health at Home

Use the below websites to support your children with their mental health at home: 

Your health matters. We can help you improve your wellbeing by making healthier lifestyle choices.  There are links to lots of free APPs that can be downloaded to help you and your family get fitter, eat healthier and perhaps lose weight. 

When you help someone with first aid, you are being kind. In this section, you’ll find out more about what kindness means and how it feels to be kind. You’ll also learn different ways to keep calm. You can use these coping skills whenever you need to. 

The Wheel of Well-being is a handy way to think about things you can do to help improve your mood, reduce the risk of depression, strengthen your relationships, and even add up to seven years to your life. 

A free online educational resource on children and young people’s mental health for all adults, which can support parents and carers through these exceptional circumstances
