PSHE and wellbeing:

You are all different and you are all wonderful in your own way!

Sometimes you can forget this – especially when something hasn’t gone the way you expected. Put on your favourite song that makes you happy and while you are listening to it, make a list of these things...

- Things you can do you that you couldn't do when you were little.

- Things you can do now - things you like and that you're good at.

- Things that you'd like to be better at, that you could practise over and over and improve at.

- Things you'd like to be in the future, when you're grown up - and what you need to do now to achieve your goals!

And remember, we all need a little help sometimes and we all need a bit of belief in ourselves - we need to try and be our best!
