The children have a Maths and English task set daily and one Topic, Science and Spellings task which can be completed at any point over the week. Please scroll down to find the weekly activities at the bottom of this page.

Our school have been invited to take part in an online Art activity from 1:30pm - 3pm today. The session is called ‘Turtle Time Brush Party’ and you can read more on www.brushparty.co.uk.

Maths: Please login to purple mash to complete the three Maths tasks set for today.
English: You are now able to write your story which you planned on Friday. Make sure you think about how to include everything you have worked on in build up to this. Please take your time as you will have two days to complete this. You should have planned in detail to be able to write in quality for more than one page.

English: Continue to write your story from yesterday.
Maths: Maths Mystery- read through the problem and solve clues 1 and 2

Maths: Continue with the Maths Mystery from yesterday. Solve clues 3 and 4.
English: Read through the Pandora’s Box story and answer the questions.
Maths: Finish Maths Mystery.
English: Retell the story of Pandora’s Box in your own words. Use the story from yesterday as a guide. You may wish to present this as a story board, a written story or use the task set on purple mash to complete it electronically.
Practise your spellings daily using one of the activities from our school's spelling approach.
Read through PowerPoint attached.
Think about what nutrients we need and why. Revise the digestive system on slide 4.
Take notes as you go through the slides in your notebook or using the page attached.
Create an explanation diagram or poster to describe how nutrients and water are transported through our bodies.

The Olympics are due to take place next year, but did you know they originated in Ancient Greece??

Look at the images of the Greek vases- can you make out what sports they represent? How did you know?
Decide which events would be in the Ancient Olympics and which would exist today- sort them accordingly on the diagrams.
