PSHE & Wellbeing:

The last half term is underway and some children are coming back to school. Lots of you are staying at home for a little longer but we probably all share some of the same worries.

Everybody has their own worries and it is good to talk about them. Please use the link below to read a story called ‘Everybody worries.’

https://en.calameo.com/read/000777721945cfe5bb9cc?authid=Xu9pcOzU3TQx

The book gives you lots of ideas about how you can overcome some of your worries. Why don’t you give some of them a go?

Mindfulness:

Below are some activities for you to reflect on your feelings at this time.

Do not forget how amazing you all are!

Colouring is a great way to focus your thoughts too.
