The children have a Maths and English task set daily and one Topic, Science and Spellings task which can be completed at any point over the week. Please scroll down to find the weekly activities at the bottom of this page.

Encourage your child to read daily and complete their reading record.

Science:

Light and Shadows Power Point

Use the template sheet or draw your own table to sort objects in your house under the different headings.

EXTENSION TASK - See Purple Mash for activity set – Shadow game– log in to complete your task.

Topic:

“The Rainforest”

Design your own rainforest animal – Look at the Power Point and it will take you through the lesson outline.

Then you can use any of the attachments you wish,  or draw and label your animal design straight into your home learning book.

PSHE:

I am an amazing person!

Art:

Explore the artist Oenone Hammersley and look at her wonderful paintings of wildlife and trees
